AZdev Limited strives to maintain high availability of the CloudExpat platform. However, we do not provide guaranteed uptime percentages or service level agreements (SLAs) unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
The CloudExpat service depends on third-party cloud providers, including but not limited to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Service interruptions or degradations caused by these third-party providers are beyond our control, and AZdev Limited shall not be liable for any service unavailability resulting from such third-party failures.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance that may impact service availability.
CloudExpat offers cloud optimization services under multiple access models:
Direct Registration: When you register directly through our website, pricing is typically calculated as a percentage of demonstrated cloud cost savings.
Marketplace Integration: When you access our services through integrated marketplaces (including but not limited to Microsoft Azure Marketplace), pricing is based on the specific plan selected through that marketplace.
Different service tiers may offer varying levels of functionality, reporting capabilities, and support. The specific features included in each plan are described on our website and/or the relevant marketplace listing.
AZdev Limited does not guarantee specific cost savings amounts, as actual savings depend on your cloud usage patterns, implementation of recommendations, and market conditions beyond our control.
The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to AZdev Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.
This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service, and may be terminated by AZdev Limited at any time.
For marketplace subscriptions (such as through Microsoft Azure Marketplace), your subscription term is determined by the plan you selected during purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through the marketplace platform.
Payment methods, billing cycles, and subscription management depend on how you access our services:
For direct registrations, payment is processed through our supported payment processors as identified in our Privacy Policy.
For marketplace integrations, billing and payment are processed according to the marketplace provider’s terms and billing systems. All billing and payments for subscriptions purchased through the Azure Marketplace are processed directly by Microsoft. Your payment obligations, methods, and the collection of applicable taxes are governed by the terms you agreed to with Microsoft and your Azure billing account configuration.
AZdev Limited reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. For marketplace plans, price changes will be communicated according to the marketplace provider’s policies.
You may cancel your marketplace subscription at any time through the Azure Portal or other means provided by Microsoft for managing Azure Marketplace subscriptions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing term.
Subscriptions purchased through the Azure Marketplace are generally non-refundable. Any potential refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and must be requested through Microsoft’s standard processes. AZdev Limited does not issue refunds directly for Marketplace subscriptions.
Upon cancellation taking effect, your access to the paid features of the Service will cease, and your subscription will not auto-renew.
Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. To the extent permitted by law, AZdev Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

CloudExpat relies on access to your cloud account information to provide its services. You are responsible for providing accurate access credentials and maintaining necessary permissions. AZdev Limited is not liable for service degradation resulting from revoked access, incorrect permissions, or changes to your cloud account configurations.
In no event shall AZdev Limited’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding any claim.

You acknowledge that certain account, subscription, and billing information may be shared between AZdev Limited and the marketplace provider for service provisioning, billing, and support purposes.
Support for the CloudExpat service is provided as described on our website or via email at [email protected]. Support terms may vary based on your subscribed plan.
You agree to indemnify and hold AZdev Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use or misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party through your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.
Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.
